Please turn in your student's 'Blue' Emergency Contact Card to the office as soon as possible. This is the best way to insure we have your current contact information in the event of an emergency.

On Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2010, the President of the United States will address American students in a live Webcast and telecast on the importance of education. If you would like your child to watch the presidential address at school, please return the form that came home with your child or you can download and complete a copy of the permission slip and return it to your child’s campus no later than Thursday, Sept. 9.

All LISD telephone numbers will begin with the new 570 prefix starting Wednesday, Sept. 1. For the past year, LISD has been transitioning from the 434 and 435 telephone prefixes to the new 570 prefix, to accommodate our growing district. All LISD schools will be using their new phone numbers starting Wednesday, Sept. 1. The district’s main number is 512-570-0000.
